Nainika is a first year PhD student at the History Department of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she worked with Krea University in the Diversity and Inclusivity Office and the Career Services Office. Nainika is interested in the history of higher education in colonial India and particularly wants to examine discourses of the 'educated person' and the construction of these discourses in colonial India and its transformation into postcolonial India.
